- Customers authorize 1Touch Cabs to collect applicable charges for completed bookings.
- Any outstanding dues must be cleared before future bookings are accepted.
6. Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellation

- Repeated cancellations may result in temporary restrictions on account usage.
Driver Cancellation
- If a driver cancels a ride, users may be offered alternative ride options subject to availability.
7. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:

- Maintain appropriate behavior during rides.
- Not engage in illegal, abusive, threatening, or disruptive conduct.
- Not damage vehicles or company property.
- Wear seat belts where required by law.
Any damage caused by a passenger may result in additional charges.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:

- Provide false information.
- Attempt unauthorized access to company systems.
- Harass, threaten, or harm drivers or staff.
- Transport prohibited, hazardous, or illegal items.
Violation of these provisions may result in account suspension or termination.
9. Driver and Vehicle Availability
While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, 1Touch Cabs does not guarantee:
- Continuous availability of drivers.
- Availability of specific vehicle categories.
- Exact arrival times.
- Service availability in all locations.
Service interruptions may occur due to technical issues, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
10. Safety
We prioritize customer safety; however:
- Users are responsible for verifying ride details before entering a vehicle.
- Emergency situations should be reported to local authorities immediately.
- Users should keep personal belongings secure during travel.
1Touch Cabs is not responsible for items lost or forgotten in vehicles.
11. Refund Policy
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund guidelines.
Refund eligibility may depend on:

- Failed transactions
Approved refunds may take several business days to reflect in the user’s account.
12. Intellectual Property
